The division of property in participation is possible without the consent of all owners.

In the absence of agreement on the choice of a specific site, the distribution is carried out by drawing lots. If the allocated plots have different costs, the difference is compensated with money. Before payment of compensation, the owner cannot make transactions with the land received.

The procedure includes external surveying, preparation of the plan and obtaining permits. If payment of compensation is not made within 42 days from the date of the final decision, the plot may be auctioned.
