The Landmark Nicosia has unveiled its first demo residential facility.

The Landmark Nicosia has unveiled its first demo residential facility. The project, owned by MHV Mediterranean Hospitality Venture, is located in the city centre and includes the Autograph Collection Hotel. The residential complex consists of 17 floors and offers one-, two- or three-bedroom apartments, as well as 3 exclusive villas with private pools. At the moment, only one of these villas remains on the market. Already 60% residential units have found their owners among the local and international community. The facility offers access to restaurants, a fitness center and other hotel facilities.
