At the same time, even if we consider only houses, their sales amounted to €338.1 million. This gives an average house price of €548,049 and an average of €365,000.

However, only 2.9% of all transactions were made at a price of more than €1 million, highlighting the significant difference between affordable and mid-priced housing.

In Papos, houses are sold with the same degree of activity as apartments - a total of 458 transactions, with more than 29% of all sales being in the lower and middle price categories.

Among the areas of Cyprus, Papos stands out for its high cost. For the first half of 2026, it became the leader in terms of sales at €1.149 billion and raised €258.2 million.

The average transaction value was €519,493 and the price per apartment was €360,000, which is the highest among all areas of Cyprus.
