🇨🇾Cyprus
Issue No. 327
Two-thirds of Cyprus’ property market growth in eight months came from Limassol and Paphos. During this time, contracts for almost one thousand seven hundred objects were formed here.
The total number of transactions is up fourteen percent from last year, with foreign buyers accounting for almost half of all transactions. At the same time, housing prices continue to rise: apartments have risen by ten and a half percent, although construction materials have become more expensive by only more than three percent.
The market is moving unevenly: Paphos leads in terms of growth, while Famagusta is in its fourth month showing a decline. Activity persists even against the background of rising construction costs.
