🇬🇷Greece
Issue No. 335
Property prices on the Greek islands are breaking records: the average cost of a meter in the Aegean Sea rose by almost 6% to 2,941 euros.
The island of Antiparos overtook Mykonos in terms of the cost per square meter — now they sell there for 7600 euros. In Crete, prices soared even more, and demand is fueled not by visas, but by the desire to buy a second residence. Americans and Britons are actively buying houses on the western islands.
Traditional high-end locations like Santorini are getting more expensive, but investors are already hunting for “treasures” on obscure, housing-scarce islands.
