Portal Idealista made a rating of expensive locations. The leader is Rua das Faias in Cascais. The second place is held by Rua das Violetas of the same village. Three closes the elite district of Vale do Lobo in Ashweil.

All the top 10 streets are located on the coast or in the south of the country. In the central and northern parts, prices fall below half a million euros. The cheapest market in the study is the Visa, where the average cost of housing there is only €300,000.
