A new residential complex in the north of Marbella is moving forward after years of approvals. On the site near the shopping center of La Cañada, the construction of 156 detached houses is planned.

Marbella Council is preparing the approval of infrastructure works for the URP-MB-2 sector with an area of more than 105000 sq.m. An integrated environmental license from the Andalusian regional government allowed urbanization to begin.

The infrastructure budget is approximately 8000000 EUR. The project includes 4000 sq.m. for private sports facilities, 25000 sq.m. green areas and 44000 sq.m. public spaces. Roads and pedestrian areas will occupy about 12500 sq.m.

This creates a price difference of more than twice. In 12 provinces, facilities with a pool cost more than twice as much as those without one.
