Large chains in Lisbon and the Algarve are used to Russian-speaking customers, but digital banks like ActivoBank and Revolut work differently. Some applications accept video calls with EU passports, others only with a resident card.

Before the visit, check the requirements: for a certificate of income, a contract, an extract or a certificate from the employer may be required. Otherwise, you will have to go to the office in person.
