The Algarve is building a new six hundred thousand euro kitchen for future chefs.

The mayor of San Bras d'Alportel announced the opening of a specialized training center. The project includes renovation and expansion of the culinary building of the school of José Belshor Vieias. There will be installed equipment so that students practice skills right in the realities of the restaurant business.

Investment is important: the hotel sector is the engine of the region’s economy. Training will now be as close as possible to the needs of employers, helping young people find work faster after graduation.
