Tourists in Portugal spent 12.87 billion euros in six months. The growth of 4.2% compared to last year confirms the sustainability of the sector.

In June, revenue reached almost 2.54 billion euros, and in May there was even a record of 2.74 billion euros. Bank of Portugal data show that tourism remains the country’s top export product.

For the whole of 2025, fees amounted to 29.13 billion euros, which is 5% more. This is the best indicator in the history of observations.
