Prices for some luxury properties in the Algarve now exceed €10,000 per square metre, especially in sought-after locations. The Portugal News cites around €12,793 per square metre in Quinta do Lago and approximately €9,171 in Vale do Lobo, while other locations and property types cost considerably less. The threshold applies to parts of the premium segment, not to the Algarve property market as a whole.
