In the province of Zamora, the average price of a property with an area of 100 square meters with a swimming pool is 222296 EUR, while a similar property without a swimming pool is estimated at 54639 EUR. This creates a price difference of more than twice. In 12 provinces, facilities with a pool cost more than twice as much as those without one. In coastal regions such as Alicante, the price difference is minimal and is only 2.7%, due to the high prevalence of pools in local holiday homes.
