Portugal surprised everyone: the city of Feira da Foche is building one hundred affordable apartments by the end of the year. It is part of a 24 million euro national recovery plan.

The mayor said three projects were completed in August with EIB funding. The next seventy houses will also be built with a loan from the state and the European Investment Bank.

In the health sector, the authorities will hand over the construction of the centers in Tavareda and Mallorca to the same creditors.
