Apartment rent in Portugal rose by 5.2% over the year. Even Lisbon is no exception to this trend.

All regions of the country showed an increase in prices compared to August last year. The strongest jump was recorded in Madeira, where rents increased by almost 7%. There is no negative trend in any region.

In August, the cost per square meter changed by only 0.3%, which is slightly less than in the previous month. The situation is stable, but prices are only rising.
