Portugal will join Wellness Weekend 2026. The event will be held from 18 to 20 September and will bring together communities from around the world in a health holiday.

The uneven charity initiative already includes 15,000 institutions, more than 2,000 cities and 187 countries. They will open doors for free activities. In Portugal, many resorts have confirmed their participation: from the spa in Marigna Vilamura to the thermal springs in Sino Pedro do Sul.

Programs will include yoga, Pilates, meditation and even ice bathing experiences. Organisers offer businesses to join for free through the Wellmap platform, only by organizing one free online or offline asset for local residents.
